<p>The Salewa Wildfire 2 is a lightweight, very comfortable approach shoe with breathable upper material and is an absolutely reliable summer companion through technically demanding alpine terrain. No matter what challenges you have to master on the way to the climbing area, mountain trails with climbing passages are no problem with the sufficiently protective, abrasion-resistant reinforced mountaineering low shoe.</p><p>For maximum control on smaller steps, the close-to-the-foot fit is combined with the long climbing lacing and the 3F system, which optimally stabilises the sole, instep and heel for a slip-free fit. The circumferential system distributes the tension of the lacing very evenly by means of Kevlar cord. The upper, movable eyelets bind your foot optimally when maximum precision is required.</p><p>The lightweight, breathable upper is made from recycled polyamide - a successful combination of function and sustainability.</p><p>The Wildfire 2 also scores points on longer distances with its efficient and pleasantly cushioning midsole. The climb-specific Pomoca outsole with climbing zone gives you excellent grip on bare rock as well as on scree and softer ground.</p>
