<p>Even if you're on a winter trek or an expedition, the Ascent AcIII sleeping bag from Sea to Summit doesn't mean you have to sacrifice comfort. With a narrower, rectangular cut it offers more space than classic mummy sleeping bags, but it also strikes the right balance between comfort and weight. This alone, but also its clever construction and practical details make it a great winter sleeping bag that makes you feel comfortable even at sub-zero temperatures.</p><p>The 3-Zipper-System alone gives you all possibilities. In addition to the classic two-way zipper on the left, there is a second half-length zipper on the right. So you can open the Ascent AcIII at the top, so that on warm days more air gets to your body, on cold mornings you can leave your feet in your sleeping bag while drinking coffee and still have your hands free. By a further zipper over the foot area it can be opened also to a large blanket. It can also be coupled with the women's models from the Altitude series.</p><p>For optimum warmth, the cameras are held lengthwise in the chest area, so the down does not slip here. The high-quality, RDS-certified duck down is also waterproofed so that the Ascent AcIII sleeping bag can function permanently even under humid conditions. 60% of the down is on the front side, 40% on the back side which ensures an optimal distribution of the insulation.</p>
