Description

Nothing But Granite Volume 1 by Versante Sud is a faithful reflection of what has been created to date in the high valleys of the Masino and Disgrazia - from the great classic routes to the latest modern-style creations. In this second edition, published seven years after the first edition, the descriptive part has been expanded, especially with regard to the approaches, descents and route descriptions. All drawings have been revised and large-format panoramic photos have been added. The technical part of the book is accompanied by stories of various ascents, told by the respective protagonists themselves. There is also information about the climbers who have shaped the development of climbing in this region. A book that - just like rope and friends - is a faithful partner when it comes to getting to know these fantastic mountains and planning unforgettable routes on their rocks!

About the author:

Mario Sertori has been a mountain guide since 1991 and began his vertical career on the rough rock of these mountains.
