PLEASE NOTE: If we have not received the full payment within 5 working days, the order will be cancelled. Any transaction costs incurred are covered by the customer.

• PayPal: Your PayPal account will be debited directly.

• Credit / Debit Card (Mastercard, Visa): Your account is debited when the order is complete. Delivery to a packing station is not possible when paying by credit /debit card.
  
  Retention of Title; Set-off; Right of retention

  (1) The goods remain our property until complete payment has been received. Until the ownership is transferred, pledging, assignment as security, processing or alterations are not allowed without our consent. If you are an entrepreneur exercising your commercial or independent professional activity, a legal entity under public law or public special assets, we reserve the title to the goods until settlement of all outstanding claims from the business relationship with the customer. Security rights to the respective goods under reserve of ownership for the benefit of third parties is transferable.

  (2) You may only set off your claims to the extent that your claims are admitted by us, are undisputed or have been finally legally determined. The same applies for rights for retention; besides you mayexercise a right for retention only if its counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.

  (3) If the customer is in arrears against any payment obligations, all existing claims will be due immediately.
